Pain free for a longer period of time

Most people think they have to choose between a massage that "works" and a massage that feels good. I’m here to tell you that your body actually heals better when it isn’t bracing for impact. At Solstice, we combine clinical precision with a heavy dose of calm.

I’m Cheyenne, and I’m delighted that you’re here.

I started Solstice Massage Therapy because I believe you shouldn't have to choose between addressing chronic pain and actually enjoying your massage.

Located in the heart of Cool Springs, TN - just 20 minutes south of Downtown Nashville - I have been working with my clients to achieve a prolonged state of pain-free living.

My approach is interactive and intentional; I use an array of modalities including myofascial, trigger point, and isolated pressure + movement to release deep tension, followed by calming techniques to regulate your nervous system. It is work that feels like rest.

About Me

The Solstice Philosophy

Nature is all about the "and." It’s Summer and Winter. Loud celebration and quiet hibernation. Activity and rest. The solstice marks a turning point—the balance between the active energy of summer and the restorative quiet of winter.

Recovery should work the same way. Using Body Insight (Integrative Neuromuscular Therapy), I move away from the "no pain, no gain" mentality. Instead, I use a calculated rhythm of isolated movement and targeted pressure, immediately followed by nervous system regulation.

It’s a literal application of the solstice: we engage the body to create change, then provide the stillness required to make that change stick. The result? A massage that’s as effective as it is restorative.

Our Mission

At Solstice, my mission is to shift the conversation around massage from temporary relief to lasting change. I believe that true healing happens at the intersection of active correction and deep rest. Combining targeted neuromuscular therapy with a restorative mindset, the aim is to help you maintain a body that feels as good as it functions.

Kind Words from the Community

“…This is the solstice, the still point of the sun, its cusp and midnight, the year’s threshold and unlocking, where the past lets go of and becomes the future; the place of caught breath, the door of a vanished house left ajar…”
